Good governance is a key issue especially in non-profit organisations. Maintaining their credibility and integrity and having effective decision structures is key for them to achieve their mission. They are expected to demonstrate a high degree of accountability to their community and the public. This course provides an overview and context of Governance in the not for profit sector and an insight into the best practice for organisations in terms of accountability to their donor and the people for whom they serve.
